The blue collection
It’s a colour that can be calming and invigorating, subtle and bright. From the sky to the floor, it’s beautiful to capture and comes in a vast palate of shades. Here’s a selection of photographs from home and abroad where blue dominates the frame.
I love that simple sea panorama – lovely. But they all are, and a great idea to feature blue in a series like this. It is always creeping into my photos, unexpectedly since my eye wants to convert the blue reflections to the colour beneath. This reminds me to pay more attention to the blue.

Thank you for your comments, much appreciated. I seem to be drawn to blue without realising it. A red collection would be hard to pull together!

Thanks Richard. Ah, that’s St Pancras. I think it beats them all in terms of impressiveness.
