Bonzer Brisbane
A recent trip to Australia proved to be wonderful for photography. The city of Brisbane was home for a couple of weeks during the tropical heat of the Queensland summer, and impressed with its blue skies and dark storm clouds, graceful bridges and vast skyscrapers.
The Kurilpa Bridge became a regular haunt with its fascinating tangle of struts and cables – and it was a great platform for taking some night shots. My time in “Brissie” was one of celebration, new meetings and also great sadness. But the images I came back with are much treasured.

I’m glad you found them, Norma. I was back earlier this year and did Mount Coot’tha after dark – dazzling view. I hope you enjoyed London – there’s just about everything here. I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Yes London was amazing! So much to see and shoot. I’d love to come back another time to take photos at a slower pace. There was a lot of shooting on the run unfortunately. I look forward to seeing more of your work too :)

There are a lot of hidden gems in this city. It’s taking me long enough to find and capture them!
