Mundane metalwork

Street furniture fascinates me. It’s the lines, shapes and robust functionality of these objects which fill our everyday lives and are usually passed by without a second glance.

I also turned the camera on the metal railings outside my own house. The small, mundane things in life really do count – and have their own fascination.
